At the heart of Savory Palate is Chef/Owner, Judy Carson. For over 20 years, Judy has been honing her culinary talents and event management skills in the foodservice and hospitality industries. Her professional experience includes 10 years in management with The Black Sheep, Amherst, MA; Director of Conferences and Catering, Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa, NH; and most recently, General Manager of Catering at UConn, Storrs.
Judy received a Food and Beverage management degree from New England Culinary Institute, voted Best Cooking School by the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Judy also holds a B.A. degree from UMASS, Amherst.
